Okta Mobile reached end of life on 31 May 2026.

The mobile SSO application is no longer supported or available for new downloads and no longer receives security or bug-fix updates.

Scope: this is the Okta Mobile application, not the retirement of Okta Verify or the Okta identity platform.

Verified change

Okta states that after 31 May 2026 the Okta Mobile app receives no further security updates, bug fixes or support and is no longer available through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Required action

Organisations should move users to browser-based access through the Okta Dashboard or to supported Okta Verify flows where applicable, and review any device-trust or mobile-access procedures that depended on Okta Mobile.

Limitations

The official notice establishes end of life and removal from app stores. It does not state that every already-installed copy immediately stops launching on the same date.
