Twilio retired seven legacy regional API domain patterns on 28 April 2026.

Applications, SDK configuration and network allowlists using the retired hostnames must move to supported Twilio API domains.

Scope: api.us1.twilio.com remains valid; the retired set covers ie1, au1, br1, de1, jp1, sg1 and us2.

Required action

Replace retired base URLs with api.twilio.com or supported edge-and-region configurations, update SDK initialization and revise DNS allowlists, proxies and firewall rules.
